She retired as Professor & Head ObGyn DRRMLIMS Lucknow in 2021. Was earlier senior Professor King George Medical University. She has 35 years of clinical and teaching experience. Post graduate teacher and examiner to many national and international universities. Conducted certificate courses on contraception, EMOC, BMOC, CTU for M.O. Delivered more than 200 guest lectures. Contributed many book chapters and is currently a reviewer of Journal of Midlife Health. She has more than 100 publications to her credit. She is the President of Lucknow ObGyn Society and President Elect FOGSI. She was Chairperson of Family welfare Committee FOGSI 2016-18 and is very passionate about women’s empowerment and contraception.
